By bidding on an item you agree to pay for your item(s) within 48 hrs of sale. All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed, written or implied. All sales are final with no returns accepted.

DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS

By participating in a Relic Vintage Inc. auction, the bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's sole means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Relic Vintage Inc. By placing a bid, the bidder specifically agrees that they will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card merchant, or any other third-parties. The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the bidder will pay Relic Vintage Inc. a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that the bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of Relic Vintage Inc. approval of the application of the bidder to bid in Relic Vintage Inc. auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the bidder against Relic Vintage Inc. and further agrees that the bidder is liable to Relic Vintage Inc. for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. Any items being sold without a coa is sold as is in the style or manner of the artist or maker. By bidding on any items at a Relic Vintage Inc. auction you are legally agreeing to all of these said terms.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Relic Vintage Inc. shall be found to have no duty, or liability, as to the validity of the consignor or owner's lawful title to any lot offered for sale. Relic Vintage Inc. provides no guarantee or warranty either expressed or implied as to the lawful title of any lot, and Buyer waives and releases Relic Vintage Inc. from any and all claims, of whatever nature based on alleged defect(s) in legal title. Bidders are encouraged to examine any and all lots prior to bidding.

Payment to be made within 48 hrs of sale. Buyer must message us after sale with paypal email address so we can invoice you. At this time paypal is the only way we accept payment.

All s&h is done in house. All items will be shipped within 24hrs-48hrs of payment excluding weekends and holidays.
