3 parts in 1 vol., small oblong folio (225 x 295mm). 62 photographic reproductions, 4 of these in colours, loose as issued. (Occasional faint spotting.) Original coated cloth covers in various colours, upper sides printed in grey, original corrugated card chemise and sleeve, printed circular label on sleeve spine overlapping onto the sides (light wear and spotting). Provenance: Shoji Ueda (gift inscription in green marker on the first title page to:) -- 'Mr Ikemoto'.

FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY INSCRIBED BY UEDA, who signed each volume and further signed fifteen of the plates in pencil in the margin. Number 829 from an edition of 1000 copies.
