Notes

AND
a handsome set of the first two volumes of this publication, a facsimile of original issues of the South Polar Times printed in the Antarctic by members of the Discovery expedition during the winters of 1902 and 1903. A third volume, edited by Apsley Cherry-Garrard, appeared in 1914, and related to the 1910-1913 expedition, not the earlier Discovery expedition dealt with in these two volumes. It also has a different limitation, so in many senses the first two volumes constitute a work in their own right.
