Terms & Conditions
The property listed herein is being offered for sale by The Sell It Now Store as an agent for the consignors. The Terms & Conditions of Auction, Information for Buyers and Information to Sellers, all posted and verbal announcements at the time of the sale by the auctioneer are the conclusive statements of terms and conditions for this auction. No statement, in any form, by The Sell It Now Store including the remarks of an auctioneer shall be deemed to create any warranty, assumption of liability or representation.
The highest bidder on each lot is to be the buyer.
Submitting a bid by any means is a contract to buy and represents acceptance of all terms and conditions.
If a dispute arises between bidders it shall be at the discretion of the auctioneer to reoffer the lot or sell it as stated. The auctioneer's decision is final unless a dispute arises after the auction when the sales record is deemed final.
The Sell It Now Store reserves the right to reject any bid or raise for any reason at any time.
The Sell It Now Store reserves the right to ask for a deposit of 25% for the purchase price of a lot at any time.
All lots are sold as is, as shown, no warranties expressed and without recourse. The Sell It Now Store and its consignors make no warranty or representations, expressed or implied with respect to property sold at auction. Faults noticed during cataloging are noted in the description. We welcome and encourage inspection of all lots prior to bidding because opinions may vary. All listings are described as accurately as possible. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the property is in perfect condition. If you plan to have a lot inspected, please make sure you inspect the lot prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Buyers are responsible for notifying The Sell It Now Store within 14 business days of any lots purchased that are believed to be not as described. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a written notice of the discrepancy providing proof from a recognized, impartial expert that establishes beyond a reasonable doubt that the item in question is/are in fact not as described.
Items made of ivory are subject to certain State and Federal laws and regulations. The Sell It Now Store makes no representations to any bidders of whether items made of ivory are able to be shipped to any destination and compliance with all rules and regulations, including CITES and shipping / transportation, is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Ancient Artifacts are offered subject to any Federal or State laws governing the sale of these artifacts. The Sell It Now Store makes no warranty or representation about the authenticity or provenance of any item offered for sale including items that are believed to be ancient nor does The Sell It Now Store guarantee these items against any claim by any third party pursuant to Federal or State laws. All items are offered "as is" and any description or descriptive terms are only the subjective opinion of the seller. Bidders are responsible for inspecting and determining the value and authenticity of any item prior to bidding - if you are not sure, please do not bid.
Failure to arrange shipping or remove property within 30 days of purchase will be sold without further notice. The money realized after expenses will be credited to the buyer's account.
The Sell It Now Store reserves the right to withdraw any property, at any time prior to the auction without notice.
The Sell It Now Store is not responsible for acts or omissions of package carriers regardless of whether or not these companies were recommended by us. The Sell It Now Store is not liable for damage to glass or frames regardless of the cause.
The Sell It Now Store reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person attending the privately owned and operated sale.
Buyers Information
A hard copy catalogue is available for a nominal charge. Online catalogues are updated on a regular basis and may be downloaded at no charge.
The Sell It Now Store can arrange bidding via telephone. Arrangements to bid by phone must be made by Friday at 12:00 p.m. prior to the auction. The
Sell It Now Store is not responsible for error or failure to execute bids.
Bidders unable to attend the day of the auction may submit an absentee bid on an official form that is available from the cashier. The bids will be executed in competition with the bids on the floor. The Sell It Now Store is not responsible for error or failure to execute bids.
Condition

Buyer Premium
A buyer's premium of 18% of the hammer price will be added to each in house purchase to reach the total sales price payable. There is a 3% in house discount for all buyers who pay with cash. Online bidders pay a buyer's premium of 21% on the hammer price. For lots ending over $100,000 the buyer's premium will be lowered to 15% for all bidders.
Payment
Payment is due upon receipt. No property will be released for shipping without payment in full and return of a completed authorization and release (see below).
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
PayPal, cashiers checks and bank wire transfers.
For payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover call our store Monday through
Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST at 414-727-0600.

All purchases must be paid for and removed within 5 business days of the auction. Purchases not so removed may incur storage fees.
Payments can be made by cash, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Arrangements may be made in advance on lots estimated to close over $5,000 for payment to be made within 3 days after auction end. This will require the buyer to submit a 10% non-refundable deposit on the day of the auction. The balance is due by means of cashier's check (verifiable) or bank wire transfer.
Taxes
Buyer agrees to pay applicable local and state sales taxes.
Shipping
The Sell It Now Store does not ship property. We suggest that you contact the following shipper or any other shipper of your choice to make shipping arrangements:

You must authorize us to release your property to a shipper. Authorization may be made by writing to us at auctions@sellitnowstore.com and indicating in your email message that you authorize us to release your property to a shipper and you must identify the shipper. Any property released from our possession is your responsibility or that of the shipper from the time of release.
