Lot 208: Samuel Dean (fl.1895-1938)

A track by a mill, Glan Conway, North Wales; and The Farmyard both signed 'Sam Dean' (lower right and lower left respectively), the former inscribed 'Mill Glan Conway N Wales', the latter signed and inscribed 'The Farmyard Sam Dean' (on the reverse) oil on board, unframed the former: 6 5/8 x 91/2 in. (16.8 x 24.2 cm.); the latter: 63/4 x 8 3/8 in. (17.3 x 21.3 cm.) two in the lot (2).
