Obtaining a pre-auction shipping estimate is strongly recommended to potential bidders prior to sale date. Items may be withdrawn at any time prior to the offering of each lot for a fee of 40% of the median of the catalogued estimate. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject an opening bid that, in his or her opinion, is not commensurate with the value of the lot. Susanin's requires a valid Visa or MasterCard on file in the bidder's name to complete registration for each auction. Payment must be made at the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Susanin's accepts cash, certified checks and money orders. Personal checks may be accepted if credit has been established with us prior to sale date. We also accept Visa or MasterCard for invoices totaling under $5,000. Combination payments methods are not accepted. Credit card transactions will not be accepted for international clients. All purchases must be paid for within three business days after an auction; items must be picked up within seven business days after an auction. Property which is not paid for within the three day period will be charged to the purchaser's credit card. If property is paid for but not removed within seven business days after the auction, it may be sent to a storage facility, the cost of which is assumed solely by the purchaser. Susanin's reserves the right to decide how property may be disposed after seven business days. Buyer Credits (including Gift Certificates) will expire at one year from their application unless otherwise specified.

days after an auction. Property which is not paid for within the
three day period will be charged to the purchaser's credit card. If
property is paid for but not removed within three days after the
auction, it may be sent to a storage facility, the cost of which is
assumed solely by the purchaser. Storage fees will accrue at a rate of $25 per lot per day. SUSANIN'S is authorized to make the
decision how to dispose of the property absent guidance from the
purchaser within the three days. SUSANIN'S accepts no responsibility
for property unretrieved for more than thirty days after an auction.
Property unretrieved after 30 days becomes property of SUSANIN'S, Inc.


Payment Terms

All invoices totaling over $5,000 must be paid for via wire transfer, check, cash, or money order. Credit card and PayPal payments will not be accepted for invoices over $5,000, nor from international bidders. Combination payment methods are not accepted.
