Bidding
Bids are offered by the auctioneer on each specific lot and made by the buyer. A buyer's bid on any associated lot is a contractual obligation to purchase. By bidding, the bidder agrees to all the terms of the sale and is bound by the regulations of these terms and conditions and any associated terms assigned by Invaluable. Winning bidder understands and accepts the responsibility of associated buyer's premiums and applicable taxes or fees.

All absentee bids must be received by 5 PM the day before the auction. Telephone and absentee bidding should be arranged as early as possible. Telephone bids can only proceed on lots that have a minimum low estimate of $500.

The auctioneer has the right to reject bids and advance or split bidding increments in a manner the auctioneer sees fit. The auctioneer has the right to withdraw lots and the final discretion in the closing of a lot or reopening it if it is determined the previous highest bid was fraudulent or made in error. Reserve lots may implement a reserve bidding process. Owners of lots are not permitted in any circumstance to bid on their lots.

Payment
All payments made directly (check, cash, credit card) or through third party services must be processed within 7 days of the auction's conclusion. Lots will only be released to the winning bidder after payment has cleared. All New York State residents will be assessed appropriate sales tax.

It is the buyer who makes and is responsible for all decisions regarding purchase of any lots. It is the responsibility of the prospective buyer to inquire as to the condition of a specific lot prior to bidding.
