Linen backed; toning to paper; evidence of paper restoration to the bottom left corner; unobtrusive horizontal and vertical folio folds; two three inch tear repairs along lower center margin; minor spot of paper loss to upper left corner; small two inch tear repair along upper left margin in lettering; otherwise this work appears to be in overall basic fair and stable condition.
