Robert Osborne Chadeayne (1897-1981) was born in Cornwall, New York. Chadeayne was a well listed artist, painting in many areas of the United States, including California, Ohio, New York. He exhibited his paintings in Columbus, Ohio in the years: 1919/1920, 1928/1929 (he received 1st prize at The Columbus Art Exhibition), and 1932.

Significant flaking and craquelure in extreme upper portion of painting, few flakes in other areas. Remounted.
