RICHARD DENNISON TAYLOR
American, 1902-1970

Original Illustration for Playboy. Titled in ink "Why, yes, I did dress in rather a hurry - but why do you ask?"
Signed lower left "R. Taylor".
Appeared in the November 1965 edition of Playboy which featured a pictorial of the James Bond girls as well as an interview with Sean Connery.
Taylor was a popular and prolific cartoonist for national publications including Playboy, The New Yorker, and Esquire.
Mixed media on illustration board, 11" x 8 1/2". Matted.
