Rachid Dominov, Russian b.1946- "Southern Motif"; oil on canvas, signed, titled, inscribed and dated 1991 on the reverse, 67.5x50cm (may be subject to Droit de Suite) Note: Born in Astrakhan in 1946. In 1972 the artist graduated from the painting department of the Repin Leningrad Academy of arts. Since 1975 the artist has been a member of the Russian Union of Artists and since 1995 a member of the Saint-Petersburg Academy of Contemporary Art.
