A general, said to be the Archduke Albert, attended by soldiers surveying the progress of a battle on a distant plain with an indistinct inscription graphite, pen and brown ink, brown wash, on three joined sheets, the outlines incised, the verso rubbed with black chalk 9 x 163/4 in.
