Should any provenance or a COA be available, it will be mentioned in the description & will accompany the purchase. The standard internationally accepted terms of authenticity or attribution are at times applied. Images are representative only, condition reports can be supplied on request. Ownership passes to the accepted buyer on satisfactory payment, but the buyer assumes immediate responsibility at the fall of the hammer, as the principle, for all payments, fees, removal & interstate & international shipping [we use a professional packager/forwarder PacknSend] etc. Payment must be tendered at the conclusion of the sale, or by prior arrangement. We prefer PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & Amex accepted as well as bank transfer. No items may be removed from the venue or shipped until this has been satisfactorily concluded. The Auctioneers reserve the right to: a] regulate the bidding increments b] withdraw any lots or lots without notice c] to execute absentee bids or bids on behalf of the vendor. Completion of the Registration/bidding card provided binds the signatory to these conditions

Removal, packaging & shipping at the Purchasers cost. We do not pack or ship in house.
