PENCIL SIGNED ETCHING BY MOISHE SMITH (1929 - 1993) "On the Rocks" by Moishe Smith (1929-1993), pencil signed and dated '65 to lower right corner, an Italian Scene near Village of Rapallo, titled and edition number 17/250 to lower left, image plate measures 8.5 x 10.75 inches, 11.25 x 15 inch sheet size. Smith studied with Maurico Lasansky while at university and studied in Italy on a Fulbright grant from 1959-60. He has won over fifteen major prizes, including two Purchase Awards from the Library of Congress, Philadelphia Museum Award and many more.
