Buyer's Premium: 18% on purchases in House Purchases with discount for cash or check and 23% Invaluable Payment: HARTZELL'S AUCTION GALLERY INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. Payment must be made by cash, check, certified check or money order, WIRE TRANSFER (FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS) & Credit Card, buyer's who wish to pay through Invaluable may do so directly and will incur a fee of 2.8%. If you do not wish to do so you can call Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. directly for payment. International Bidders - Wire Transfer Only. A service charge of $10.00 a day will be added each each day for storage fee to unpaid balances beginning the tenth (10) business days after the auction date.Once the total of storage has reached the total amount of the invoice, the items will be sold to cover the storage fees. Absentee bids left on Invaluable are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Invaluable bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Invaluable absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder.
