Paul Rafferty (1965) American Watercolour 'Waiting for a Ride' Weymouth, England Signed lower left 21" x 27" Bears label verso Provenance: Contact with the artists reveals the subject to be Weymouth and says 'I have a few family memories with my brother on those animals. I like painting children as the don't pose, they are themselves and having three small ones it is such a fleeting time.'
