Pastel by Harry Zee Hoffman (Maryland, 1908 - 1990) titled "Nazareth", depicting a street scene. Signed and titled lower left. Artist's Equity Association exhibition label en verso. Sight 28 1/2" H x 21 1/2 " W. Framed - 30" H x 23" W. Biography - Mr Hoffman was known for his portraits, street and park scenes. He was a student of the University of Maryland, Maryland Institute, and Pratt Institute of Art. His work has been exhibited in the National Museum, the Albany Institute of Art, the Peale Museum, the Pennsylvania Academy of Art, Philadelphia, the Baltimore Museum of Art. Condition: Excellent condition.
