Park Seobo graduated from Hong-Ik University in Seoul in 1954. He had numerous one-person and group exhibitions from 1962 to 2002. He had one-person exhibitions at the Tong-In Gallery, Seoul and the Tokyo Gallery in 1978. In Seoul he had one-person exhibitions at the Hyundai Gallery in 1981, 1997 and 2002, the Space Gallery in 1983 and the Park Ryu Sook Gallery in 1997 and 2002. The National Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul held "Park Seobo's Painting: Its Forty Years" in 1991. Park's work is in the collections of the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul, the Ho-Am Art Museum, Seoul, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo and the Sunje Museum, Kyungju, among others.
