Payment Information

There is a 18% buyers premium for online purchases. A discount of 3% will be given when paying by cash or check. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal or business check, or major credit cards accepted through the AuctionZip/Invaluable website (WePay). To use the credit card option, just pay the invoice you receive from us by hitting the payment button on the online invoice and that will charge the card you have used to register with the auction. If you have not paid your invoice in 4 days (by July 20) then we will automatically charge the card you used to register unless we hear from you to do otherwise. If we have not received payment in 5 days (July 21), then we reserve the right to resell the items in the second session of the sale onsite on July 22. Currency is U.S. Dollars.

Inspection

Inspection is the responsibility of the buyer. An inspection opportunity is available to those who wish to preview the auction at the site located at 2937 Whites Branch Road, Wellington, Ky. 40387 (Menifee County) on Saturday,July 15, from 9:00 am- Noon. Directions: From the 4-way stop (intersection of 36 and 460) in Frenchburg, take 460 East for about 9 miles (past the Wellington Post Office and Dollar General) and turn left on KY Hwy 1693. Follow 1693 for 5 miles and turn right on Whites Branch Road. Follow Whites Branch Road for 4 miles. Drive slow as the road narrows and you will lose cell phone coverage. House is on right. LOOK FOR AUCTION SIGNS ALONG THE ROAD.
