Sarka, Charles Nicolas (American 1879-1960) , Canada Lake Landscapes in the Adirondacks, (watercolors one two sided), approx. 19 x 15 inches and the reverse, two leafy summer landscapes near an unidentified lake, each signed Sarka lower Sarka lower right , and the reverse painting is signed Sarka Canadian Lake, Provenance: Works by Sarka are in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Chicago Art Institute, the National Portrait Gallery and other public and private collections, framed in attractive faux beryl wood frames 26.5 x 21.5 inches.
