Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. NO FURNITURE, RUGS OR MIRRORS WILL BE SHIPPED AS WELL AS PAINTINGS/PRINTS MEASURING OVER 20" X 20" OVERALL - OR FOR ITEMS MARKED PICK UP ONLY. In addition, no items listed as CART LOT / TABLE LOT OR LARGE (VERY LARGE) LOT WILL BE SHIPPED.
ITEMS PURCHASED BY INHOJSE BIDDERS WILL BE DISPERSED DAY OF AUCTION OR TUESDAY JUNE 30TH - THURSDAY JULY 2ND OR THE WEEK OF JULY 6TH - APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED TO PICK UP.

ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHING TWO WEEKS OF THE AUCTION WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE
