Description

Outstanding old squaw drake, Orlando Sylvester "Os" Bibber, known in the decoy collecting community as Oscar Bibber, (1882-1971), South Harpswell, Maine, 1st to 2nd quarters 20th century.

Very few of these old squaw remain. This wonderful decoy is fresh to the market having been in a little known decoy collection on the central Maine coast for many years.

Superb dry original paint with fine patinated surface; minor wear on most of the decoy, moderate wear on center section of one side; structurally excellent.
