Items will not be released, for any reason, prior to full payment being received. Items not paid for within 10 days are subject to storage fees of $10 per lot/per day, unless arrangements have been made

TAXES
Winning bidders are required to pay New York State Sales Tax of 8.125% in addition to the hammer price and Buyers Premium of 20%.
