This charming oil on board by Thomas Garland Greene 1875-1955 measures 12 1/4 inches by 16 inches. The painting is signed lower right and also bears original label on reverse reading " October Eve" T.G. Greene O.S.A 24 Grenville Street.

Payment should be made in full within 96 hours of the sale by wire transfer, cash, certified cheque, visa, mastercard, bank draft or by wepay through Invaluable.

Contract:
With the fall of the auctioneer's hammer title to the lot being offered will pass to the highest bidder accepted by Exquisitries, subject to the following conditions: the successful bidder will pay the full price plus buyer's premium and assume full risk and responsibility for the lot. All property must be paid for and removed by the purchaser or his shipping agent at his or her expense no later than 7 business days following its sale and at no time will Exquisitries nor its employees be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Taxes:
All sales to residents of British Columbia or delivery within British Columbia will be charged the current goods and services tax (GST) of 5% and the current provincial sales tax (PST) of 7% unless a retail certificate is provided by the purchaser. Both will be added to the successful hammer price and buyer's premium. For lots shipped to provinces participating in H.S.T. , a harmonized sales tax equal to the destination provinces H.S.T. rate will be added to the successful hammer price and buyer's premium for all lots. Goods shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax. Goods shipped out of province or country must be collected by a bona fide carrier and be removed by said carrier directly from the offices of Exquisitries.
