Ollivary (Annette, 1926-). ñLa Siesteî, oil on canvas, signed lower right, captioned to canvas verso, 24 x 32.5cm (9.5 x 12.75ins), printed paper exhibition label of Arthur Tooth & Sons Ltd. to verso, framed. Annette Ollivary was born in Marseille. Her family owned a small farm on the Cote dÍOr in Burgundy, where she spent her vacations as a child. She studied at the Academie Julian in Paris. (1)
