BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU, BIDDER OR SERIOUS BUYER (OR BIDDER, OR WINNING BIDDER, EACH OF WHICH TERMS MAY BE USED IN PLACE OF EACH OTHER) AND HEREBY AGREED TO BE OBLIGATED BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION AS DESCRIBE.
Lots descriptions
We do our best to report the conditions of the items in detail (e.g. Any defects, repairs). However, the absence of condition remarks in the description does not mean the item is in perfect condition. Golden Oriental Auctioneers, to the best of its knowledge that the information presented in any listing has come from reliable sources. Such information is presented solely for the convenience of the buyer. Golden Oriental Auctioneers makes no assurance of any kind related to the information presented in any listing. Golden Oriental Auctioneers further makes no assurance, either express or implied, relating to the value, marketability or condition of the lot described in any listing.
Interested or serious buyers or bidders should carefully check the veracity of the lot prior to bidding. By bidding the bidder indicates that bidder has check or doubled check and has further reviewed the lot to his or her best judgment and satisfaction, or, that bidder has elected not to do so, and agrees to accept the lot being bid on with no objections after the sale closes. Golden Oriental Auctioneers has made every effort to categorize and describe accurately property to be sold. The company, however, assumes no risk, liability or responsibility for the identification or authenticity or authorship, or weight, count, or measure of any property identified in its catalogue or lists of sale. This shall include, among others, the identity of the creator, the period, culture, source of origin, as the case may be, with which the creation of any property is identified in any publication.
Bidding
Golden Oriental Auctioneers reserves the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason whatsoever. All bids made by a Bidder constitute irrevocable offers to purchase the lot at the maximum bid amount. The bidder may not be withdrawn by the Bidder under any circumstances. At the close and reconciliation of the auction, Golden Oriental Auctioneers shall determine the actual winning Bidder of each lot and may, in its sole discretion, at any time, offer any Bidder a duplicate item at the Bidder's maximum bid on the lot. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt, Golden Oriental Auctioneers will have the exclusive final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale, award the lot to the next highest bidder, or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. Golden Oriental Auctioneers is not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. Golden Oriental Auctioneers reserves the right to protect any reserve price by placing floor bids, to place bids on behalf of any buyer or seller, to bid for its own account or to remove any lot from sale without notice. Any bid entered by a Bidder shall be determined in the sole discretion of Golden Oriental Auctioneers to have exceeded or not to have exceeded any reserve. In consideration of Golden Oriental Auctioneers 's approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in Golden Oriental Auctioneers online auction, Bidder agrees to comply with and be specifically bound by all the terms and conditions.
Payment
We accept Certified Checks, Wire Transfers, Paypal and credit card (Visa and Master card). Auction purchases must be paid for within 5 days of the auction. We request that the merchandise be held on premises until the check clears or money can be wired into our account. If a client does not pay within 5 days of the auction, the credit card number provided to establish your bidding account will be charged in full for any invoice amount due.

We try our best to provide you with the best images as possible. However, please note that there will be a minor difference in the colours of the items depends on different screens used to view.
Return Policy:
We offer a 3-day inspection period and refund of purchase price, less a 20% re-stocking fee, for return of item in original condition within 7 days of receipt - ONLY if item is not as described. Buyer is to pay shipping and insurance for any returned item. Insurance is compulsory for the returned goods. Damaged or broken items cannot be refunded. Postage cannot be refunded. Insurance cost cannot be refunded. Any premium paid cannot be refunded.
For non-paying bidder
We will report all non-paying bidders to INVALUABLE and give their accounts to a third party collection agency for collection. Bidding on Golden Oriental Auctioneers through, INVALUABLE is a binding contract. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the sale record of the Auctioneer shall be conclusive in all respects.
Shipping, Handling And Insurance
All items are located in Hong Kong. The cost of shipment and insurance cost is on the success bidder. Our preferred courier is Hong Kong Post. We will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of carriers or packers whether or not recommended by us. Property will not be released to the shipper without the buyer's written consent and until payment has been made in full. Packing and handling of purchased lots by us is at the entire risk of the purchaser, and Golden Oriental Auctioneers will have no liability of any loss or damage to such items. Insurance is strongly recommended at the cost of the bidder. Any broken or missing items will be claimed via the insurance process.
We normally ship within 3 business days after the payment is settled. Depends on the location of the buyer, it might take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Certification of appraisal
All lots does not include certification of appraisal.
Taxes and duties
For international bidders, please note that bidders pay all customs duties and taxes for their respective countries. Golden Oriental Auctioneers is not liable in paying any customs duties and taxes.
Cancellation of Winning Items:
All winning items is subject to 20% restocking fee (e.g. 20% of the final price) if the bidders wish to cancel the transaction for any reason.
