that the property be conveyed to him. He agreed to pay the full
costs of transport and choose the shipping method (all under his
responsibility).
The carrier must be aware of opening hours and contact the
auction house to prevent its passage, provided with the invoice or
a letter of assignment.
For national and international carriers, the buyer must take the
necessary steps. In any case the Auction House can support these
modalities.

All property is being offered under French Law and the conditions
printed in this volume. They may be amended by way of notices
posted in the salesroom or by way of announcement made by the
auctioneer.
Buyer's premium
The purchase price will be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's
premium of 20% (incl. taxes) for voluntary sales, 14,40% (incl. taxes)
for compulsory sales, and 23,6% (incl. taxes) for Live sales and
phone bids.
Payment is due immediately after the sale and may be made by
the following method :

Before the auction
The pre-sale estimate are intended as a guide for prospective
buyers.
All the property is sold in the condition in which they were offered
for sale with all their imperfections and defects. No claim can be
accepted for minor restoration or small damages.
Bisman is concerned for your safety while on our premises and
we endeavour to display items safety so far as is reasonably
practicable. Nevertheless, should you handle any items on view at
our premises, you do so at you own risk.
Bidding in the sale
If you make a bid at auction, you do as principal and may held
you personally and solely liable for that bid.
If you wish to bid on a lot, please indicate clearly that you are
bidding by raising you paddle and attracting the attention of
the auctioneer. Should there be any doubts as to price or buyer,
please draw the auctioneer's attention to it immediately.
Absentee bids
If you cannot attend the auction, we will pleased to execute
written bid on your behalf. A bidding form can be found on our
web site www. jjbsman.com. This service is free and confidential.
Lots will be bought as cheaply as is consistent with other bide and
the reserves.
If you cannot attend the auction, it is possible to bid on the
telephone from 800 euros. As the number of telephone lines is
limited, it is necessary to make arrangements for this service 24
hours before the sale.
