Registration begins at 10:30. Auction starts at Noon.
LIVE Auction will be held at at 2381 John Glenn Dr Atlanta, 30341.
This is Robin Huff's Office for Accelerated Auction( and North Ga School of Auctioneering)

All of the items except the jewelry are at different locations and will be available for pick up on Saturday from 10 til 6pm and then on Sunday from Noon til 6pm.

We will have the jewelry and some of the sterling at the Live auction, where you may preview before the auction. And, take home afterwards if you are the winning bidder!

Items will be in 2 different locations:

Lot numbers 1-99, 200-299, 400-499 and 600-699 will be located in Brookhaven.
Preview (Wed 11- 1pm) and pick-up address for these items is 3577 Duberry Ct NE, Brookhaven 30319

This auction has local pickup at 2 locations. 1 in Brookhaven GA and 1 in Atlanta (near Northlake Mall). Brookhaven. Pickup will be available the 2 days following the auction. Saturday from 10 til 6pm and Sunday from Noon til 6pm.

2- This is a public auction and we are a licensed GA Auctioneer GAL2837. There will be a 18% Buyer's premium added to all invoices ( 13% by AMA and 5% by Invaluable/Azip), unless otherwise stated on catalog page. The auctioneer will open bidding at a reasonable price or the pre-bid amount on each lot and may set bidding increments as she deems necessary. The auctioneer's decisions are final.
3- Lots will be sold to the highest bidder. Absentee bids will be accepted with credit card card. Amy Martin Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid. We reserve the right to pull any items at any time from our auction. We reserve the right to retract bids as we feel fit.
4- Wording, which is subjective, and other adjectival descriptions are the opinion of the Auction House. No warranty is expressed, implied or provided, since these opinions can and do vary among individuals. No lots may be returned by bidders.
***Condition Statement: Descriptions provided in both printed and on-line catalogue formats do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to request a condition report on any lots upon which they intend to bid, prior to placing a bid.
4a- All "Estimated Values" provided are based on retail prices on comparable items and are no actual guide to value.
5- All Sales Are Final, no returns will be accepted.
6- All sales are strictly in U.S. dollars. Anyone wishing to purchase lots in GA will also be charged sales tax of 7% unless you can provide a current exemption along with required ST-5. All winning bidders pay postage and handling, shipping insurance and delivery confirmation fee.
7-Please call us to make a payment after the auction closes, otherwise there will be an additional 3.5% charge for late fees.
8- All payments are to be made in full as soon as the auction closes. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we have not received payment within 48 hours of the auction, a 25% reselling fee will be charged.

10- Bids on behalf of corporations must be personally guaranteed by one or more of it's officers. Any credit card payment made by a corporation is subject to a 4.25% charge. Each bidder is responsible for his/her bids, and cannot act for a third party.
11-The buyer is responsible for attorney, other judicial fees, and expenses involved in collection of outstanding invoices.
12- If you are the winning bidder, you must pay for the item, no exceptions. If you need immediate assistance please call us at: 404-734-3606, if you wait until the auction is over to report a problem with a bid that resulted in a win, and do not pay, you will be charged a 25% reselling fee, subject to the 18% buyer's premium. NO EXCEPTIONS.
13- Please note: Bidding in this auction, whether in person or on the internet, constitutes full acceptance by the bidder of the foregoing terms of sale.
14- All items will be sent within 4-8 (BUSINESS) days of the auction.
15- All terms and conditions are strictly enforced, with no exceptions. We have a "you win, you buy" policy. Please be advised that there is a 13% BUYER'S premium. If you are bidding online Invaluable adds 5% to that for a total of 18%.
16-By accepting these terms and conditions, and bidding in our auction, you automatically agree to our "NO CHARGEBACK" Policy. Which states-That all bidders agree to NEVER initiate a chargeback for any reason unless we have misrepresented an item, and in that case we ask you to please contact our auction house to give us an opportunity to right the situation prior to you doing a chargeback. 404-734-3606.
17 - All inspections and due diligence are the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer. We offer inspections and respond to questions prior to the auction. If you have questions and/ or would like more pictures of an item, please do so before bidding. Your bid is a contract to buy. If you are not satisfied with an answer, please do no bid.
17A - All purchases over $2500 (including buyer's premium) will require a wire transfer
17B - All international bidders must pay via wire transfer only.

Gotta pay them if you are in Georgia. If you have a current tax exemption , and provide a St-5 form, we will deduct the taxes.
