All items won in this auction must be either picked up in the designated locations by the buyer, the buyer's representative or the third party shipping service (designated by TEG Auction) no later than three calendar weeks following the close of this auction. Any merchandise remaining on premises beyond that date is considered to be abandoned and forfeited by the buyer and title to the merchandise returns to TEG Auctions without refund or restitution to the buyer of any kind for the merchandise forfeited.

Local Pick up at these locations is available by appointment only you must call to make an appointment for your pick up time. If items need to be shipped from a different location you will incur a transportation charge from TEG Auctions for logistical services in addition to packing and shipping charges from a third party shipper.

TEG Auctions will add a buyer's premium equal to 15% of the final sale (hammer) price of your items won to your invoice for payment plus a 3.5% credit/debit card transaction processing fee. The online auction hosting service (Invaluable, Auctionzipauctions) will add a premium in the amount of 5% of the final sale/hammer price for their services in hosting this auction.
