Based on an old Persian proverb that time is gold, vaght talal ast, this work by Nadea Aleagha deals with the concepts of fate, existence and time. The intrinsic message is to make the most of the here and now, with the seconds of our lives ticking away it is of utmost importance to live to the full, to make the most out of every moment that we have. Time waits for no man. Presented as a visual pun on a digital clock, Aleagha encourages us to take stock of ourselves, our present and our future.
