By registering to bid for this auction, you acknowledge that you have read & understand the terms and conditions, and you agree to abide by all terms and conditions. If you DO NOT agree with any of these, DO NOT BID.

1. All registration information the Bidder provides shall be current, complete and accurate. Internet bidders are responsible providing their full name, postal address, email address and phone number to place a bid. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Internet Bidders must have a credit card on file to be approved for bidding.
2. Online bids will be executed at 10% Buyers Premium.
3 .At the close of the auction, the Bidder will receive an invoice within 48 hours via email address you have provided. Payments for lots must be made within 7 days upon receiving invoice. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. All shipping and handling costs shall be paid for by the Buyer.
4. The description of items appearing in the auction and in advertising prior to the auction are believed to be correct. Grading of all lots appearing in this auction are the opinion of Original Owners or Estate. Lots may also have been graded by a professional grading service and are listed as such. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the grading, which may vary among individuals. Grade to your own standards.
5. All sales are final. Items/lots are sold AS IS-WHERE IS- HOW IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS, known, apparent or otherwise.
6. Possession of all lots remains with Auctioneer, until full payment is received.
7. If there is a dispute between Bidders, the final award shall be determined and settled by the Auctioneer.
8. The placing of a bid constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. As a bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number.
9. As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you have placed a bid, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid.

Shipping Information: Shipping charges will be included in the grand total on the invoice. Invoices are sent out within 24 hours of expired auction.
Purchases ship within 7- 10 days of received payment

Customer Pickup: Please contact us to schedule an appointment to pick up in-person at the auction house.
A separate invoice will be sent via email with applicable shipping and handling charges.
Shipment will be by USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking and insurance.
Customers receive an email with shipment tracking when the shipping label is generated.

Accepted forms of payment for online bidders include Visa, MasterCard, Discover,.American Express, or Paypal. Payment must be made prior to shipping.

Bids will be executed with a 10% Buyers Premium included on all lots. This will be applied to final invoice.
