Moe Brooker (PA, b. 1940), Untitled Abstract,mixed media on paper, signed and dated lower left "Brooker 75," abstract composition in colors, softened edges rectangular edges and drips carefully balancing the central circles, framed under glass. A Philadelphia artist and public servant, Moe Brooker's works can be found in numerous museums including the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Art, and the African-American Museum in Philadelphia. He is the Department Chair and a professor at the prestigious Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia and was recently appointed to chair Philadelphia's Art Commission.
