Buyer's Premium Terms
Auctions and Services Unlimited will have a 18% buyer's premium, unless otherwise noted. 3% of this premium goes directly to AuctionZip.
Sold "As Is". Please see description and pictures with regards to condition. Unsure? Please email us questions prior to bidding.
Firearms purchased must have FFL faxed or emailed to us from the local dealer of your choice, we will ship the firearm to that dealer and you will fill out paperwork with that dealer: fax is 432-683-4042
Payment Instruction
For items with an opening bid of $5000 or greater we will require certified funds or pre approval
Invoices are emailed out by Monday afternoon following the auction. We accept PayPal as well as wire transfers, bank checks and money orders. PLEASE NOTE: If the PayPal "button" does not work, make PayPal payments to Watkins@planetlink.net. If you want to use a credit card, you must call us with the card information by Tuesday after the auction. We do not take personal checks, unless known personally to the auctioneer. Payment should be sent to: ATT: Tim Watkins, Auctions and Services Unlimited, 1009 W Industrial Midland Tx 79701. Payment is due within FOUR days of receiving your invoice. We will hold paid items here for a maximum of 10 days, unless other arrangements have been made. If not picked up within that time, we reserve the right to relist the items with the buyer forfeiting all payment.

Disclaimer: All property is sold as is, and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.

Your bid is a contract. Once you become the winning bidder you must make payment arrangements for your purchase. Failure to make such arrangements within 10 days of the Auction may cause you to become liable for legal action and you will lose your rights to the lots you bid on. Purchaser pays buyer's premium, and shipping (if required), in addition to total purchase price. The shipping of any purchased items outside of the United States is hereby classified as 'foreign export'. All foreign export is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


RETURN POLICY: all items purchased at auction are final sale and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Bids that are over $5000.00 will require a bank letter of guarantee, certified funds or money order. Please use Pay Pal if possible, we are not provided your credit card number, so winning bidders will need to call us with credit card information when you receive an invoice.
