Wehrly's Auction House will pack in house. The merchandise must fit in a USPS flat rate box. The Cost of the box is Large $21.10, Med. $15.05 and small $8.30 plus $5 for packing. They will be insured for $50.00. Anything over will be charged accordingly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If we are shipping another invoice will be sent with the shipping cost. NO FURNITURE, RUGS OR MIRRORS WILL BE SHIPPED AS WELL AS PAINTINGS/PRINTS MEASURING OVER 20" X 20" OVERALL - OR FOR ITEMS MARKED PICK UP ONLY. In addition, no items listed as CART LOT / TABLE LOT OR LARGE (VERY LARGE) LOT WILL BE SHIPPED.

If the merchandise is too large to fit in the USPO boxes then you must contact our local UPS store in Shrewsbury, PA and make arrangements. The phone number is 717-235-9446 ask for Andy and tell her you bought merchandise from Wehrly's Auction. You can also email her at store3038@theupsstore.com. After receiving your invoice, you must notify Wehrly's Auction house by email as to the method you are using to pick up or ship your merchandise.

Tuesday & Wednesday between 10AM-3PM . We will reply back with actual time. All purchases must be paid for in advance of pick-up.

Wehrly's Auctions has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold; however, neither the Seller nor Auctioneer guarantees the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold AS IS and should be examined prior to bidding. The auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All sales are final.
LEGAL CLAIMS: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. is being held in Glen Rock, PA, York County. Any and all legal actiono brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in York County.
POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness, or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. I the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Auction Zip will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction.
In the event that Bidder does not pay for shipping, Bidder shall have no claim against Wehrly's Auction House and will forfeit the merchandise with no refunds. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Bidder agrees that any merchandise not removed by bidder within nine days of the auction will be forfeited with no refunds. Bidder shall have no claim to merchandise.
As per our Current Guidelines we have 3 basic ways for Bidders to receive their purchases.

1. Wehrly's in house shipping. All items must fit in a USPS IF IT FITS IT SHIP BOX PLUS $5.00 TO PACK. The boxes cost Large-$21.10 Med. $15.15 and Small $8.30 We will insure up to $50.00 after that you will be charged accordingly.
2. Items too big to go (USPS if it fits it ships box) you will have to call our local UPS store in Shrewsbury and make arrangements for them to pick up items and ship them. There number is 717-235-9446 and ask for Andy.

3. Wehrly's Auction has opted to create a safe and secure PICK UPSITE for items that cannot be shipped. You will need to schedule your pick up time by emailing us at wehrlysauction@yahoo.com with date and time. The dates for delivery are Tuesday and Wednesday after auction between the hours of 9Am to 3 PM. and the following Tuesday from 9AM to 3 PM. We will reply back with actual time. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK.

4. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID BEFORE DELIVERY. There is a cap on CREDIT CARD purchases of $500.00 for new and first-time bidders. All check must clear the bank before shipping. You can pay for your invoice by going to our web page wehrlysauction.com and clicking on pay this invoice.
