Linen backed; minor pinpoint foxing to upper left edge; tear repair along upper right edge and upper right quadrant; four inch area of paper restoration in upper right quadrant; minor wear along vertical and horizontal folio folds; two small abrasions to sheet in lower left quadrant; one and a half inch rectangular area of paper restoration at lower left edge near corner; not examined out of frame.
