RESTRICTED ITEMS: It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by their local laws, including not bidding on or buying items that are restricted in their local area. We will not release a buyer from purchasing an item restricted in their area and disputes will be filed with liveauctioneers for non paying bidders.




REGISTRATION: Buyers must register for a bidding number by giving name, address, phone number, and photo identification acceptable to us. Online bidders must have a credit card on file with the prevailing online auction service. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. Some lots are offered subject to reserve, which is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.




BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 20% (23% for online purchases) of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. Complete payment is required in cash, acceptable check, travelers checks Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Paypal




REMOVAL: Items purchased may be removed once payment is made.




SHIPPING: Items may be picked up at our location within 5 days of the completion of our sale. Items not picked up will be picked up by 3 Little Men Inc. of Frenchtown NJ (917-525-5595) at the risk of the buyer. 3 Little Men will contact the buyer with all shipping options including: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Freight and Courier Delivery.

After pick-up, buyers will be assessed a one time fee of $25. Beginning 1 week from the time of pickup by 3 Little Men Inc., there will be a storage rate of $10 per invoice per day.
