FIRST EDITION, LIMITED TO 200 COPIES SIGNED BY THE ARTIST. Matousek was widely exhibited in Central Europe in the 1920s and 1930s. In 1943 he was arrested by the Gestapo and sent to Flossenburg concentration camp. After liberation a set of images depicting everyday life in the camp was exhibited in Prague. FINE AND RARE COPY, only 2 recorded in Worldcat and none in Copac.
