START TIME:
Auction will start promptly at 12 Noon EST (New York Time). We strongly suggest that if you want to ensure participation you leave a left bid to lessen the chance of missing an item during the live sale.

TERMS:
All lots are sold AS IS and without recourse and neither Kotler's nor its consignor makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such lots, Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any property in which they are interested, before the auction takes place, to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.

Kotler's nor its consignor makes any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, fitness for purpose, correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, exhibitions, literature or historical significance of any lot sold. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging; nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of others.

BUYERS PREMIUM:
A buyer's premium of 25% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. TAX The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. NY residents will pay 8.625% unless a tax exempt form is on file.

PAYMENT:
Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, PayPal, & Wire Transfer.

PACKING & SHIPPING:
Buyer's is responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance charges. Packing is handled by Kotler's in house shipping center or its authorized agents.

BIDDING The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. In the event of a tie between an online bidder and a floor bidder, the floor bid will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision will be binding and final. RECORD OF SALE The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. RESERVE Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold.

TELEPHONE BIDDING:
Phone bidding is not an available service. Only absentee bids will be accepted.
