Condition Report

A label from "PAN AMERICAN EXPOSITION" on the back of the frame lists Matilda Brown as the artist, her residence as Greenwich, Connecticut, and the owner of the painting as Dr. S.D. Powell of 12 West 40th Street.

There are canvas deformations in the four corners, and the painting could likely benefit from rekeying and a light cleaning.
