2. The catalog listings are meant as a descriptive guide only. Karen's Dollhouse Shop encourages all potential bidders to preview our items online, and we hold several days of previews before each auction.
3. All sales are final. No returns. No exceptions. Karen's Dollhouse Shop is not responsible for internet bidding errors.
4. Karen's Dollhouse Shop reserves the right to withdraw, combine, or divide any lot at its sole discretion prior to the commencement of bidding.
5. All lots are sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer has the right to not accept any bid! Bidding may be reopened at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at any other time. The auctioneer may execute bids on behalf of absentee bidders and on behalf of consignors up to a reserve price. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after a sale, the Karen's Dollhouse Shop sale record shall be conclusive.

1. All items are sold "as is". We will photograph each item extensively, and will provide a good faith description where any imperfections exist.
2. Karen's Dollhouse Shop holds no warranty or guarantees to descriptions and statements made by the auctioneer or the internet catalog.
3. All measurements and weights are approximate.

Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. Shipping Costs are dependent on the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart, shipping method you select and location of your delivery address. We ship globally, via USPS or UPS. We will generally ship 0-7 days after receipt of payment.

Liability for a shipped order by Karen's Dollhouse Shop transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the shipper (USPS or UPS). USPS does not automatically insure all their packages. This is why we urge customers to insure packages. Optional shipping insurance is available by a customer's request at an additional cost. Please contact us via e-mail to arrange insurance.

Auction House will charge a buyer's premium of 21%, which will be added to the final invoice.

Sales Tax of 6.625% will be applied for purchases shipped to New Jersey addresses.

Payment is due within 5 business days of a given auction.
