Condition Report

Under UV examination there are areas of pigment fluorescence that appear to be natural rather than any kind of retouch or restoration. As stated in the original condition report, there are varnish inconsistencies, and in raking light one can see subtle matte areas on the body of the sleeping figure. These matte areas fluoresce under UV. As stated in the earlier condition report, the matte areas seem to reflect the intent of the artist. The painting is in good condition.

The dimensions of the frame are 21 3/4 x 31 5/8 x 2 inches.
