Harris (1904-1988) A graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Harris is a regionally acclaimed portrait and still life artist. Her still life and genre paintings are reminiscent of post-impressionism and her subjects include local Ventnor areas and Atlantic City society. Her works have been exhibited in the National Academy of Design in New York City, the American Watercolor Society, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, the Art Institute of Chicago, the American Federation of Art in Washington, D.C., the Wilmington Society of Fine Arts in Delaware, the Newark Museum, the New Jersey State Museum in Trenton and the Atlantic City Arts Center.
