Payment: All items purchased in person must be paid for on sale day. All items purchased via absentee or phone bid must be paid for within three business days of sale date. If a buyer fails to contact Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales within three business days following the sale, the credit card used to secure the bid will be charged the amount of the invoice. For items purchased through Invaluable or Auction Zip, Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. Payment is required within 3 days of invoices being electronically sent or within 5 days of auction. If you do not see an invoice within two days of the sale, contact Shannon at info@chandlersauction.com to have a second invoice sent. If paying by check, Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales reserves the right to hold the item(s) until the check has cleared.

Payment can be made by cash, approved certified funds, or credit card--Visa, and MC only. Credit cards may only be used for invoices of $1000 or less using the Square payment link sent separately through secure email to pay invoices.

International bidders will be required to pay by wire transfer unless prior arrangements have been made. At the auctioneer's discretion, certain lots will be required to be paid for by wire transfer.

ALL invoices of $1000 or more must be paid by certified funds or wire transfers. All sales are final with no refunds.

Purchases qualifying for credit card payment ($1000 or less) will be invoiced using our secure on line payment system. Credit cards are not processed over the phone. For buyers purchasing over $1000 when allowed to pay by card, processing fees of 3.5% are added to invoice.

Packing and Shipping: Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales do not ship. Packing and shipping is buyer's responsibility. As a courtesy CAES contracts regularly with local shippers and UPS Stores for your convenience.
Contact any shippers in the Winston Salem, NC area for shipping including The UPs Store 6702 with email store6702@theupsstore.com. Items are released to UPS Store 6702 for shipping once invoices are paid with pick up at no charge. Contact them directly to finalize shipping arrangements. 336-448-3000

All pick ups by customers or shippers must make appointments by contacting Chandler's Auctions and Estate Sales using e-mail info@chandlersauction.com.


All fire arms requiring legal paperwork or permits is handled through Carolina Coin & Trading Co. Once firearms invoice is paid, the lot is released to shop and you may contact them to finalize paperwork, pick up, or shipping. The transfer fee is paid with invoicing through Chandler's and is an additional $35.00 on your invoice.
