CONDITION OF AUCTION ITEMS:
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", and Carriage House Auctions assumes no responsibility for the correct description, dimensions weight, authenticity of or any defects in any lot. The prospective buyer is responsible for determining condition of item for their use before bidding, and Carriage House Auctions will answer any questions or provide extra pictures up to TWO DAYS before Timed On-Line Auction starts to close. Items can be examined at our facility in Plantersville Texas.
PLEASE NOTE: As the books we sell come from many sources we show three condition catagories:
1) LIKE NEW this is a book with virtually no marking or wear.
2) VERY GOOD this is a book that has some wear.
3) GOOD this is a book that has been used and particularly the Dust Jacket has some wear and light tearing.

Some times we will list the book under one catagory and separately notate Dust Jacket condition. If the picture does not show condition adequately please call for more pictures.

Size and weight of the book is provided for your reference.

All on-line auction sales are subject to a 5% BUYER'S PREMIUM for Invaluable/auctionzip/eBay, and this charge will be added to the BUYER'S INVOICE. All purchases at on-line auction are subject to Texas State Sales Tax for buyers with a Texas address @ 8.25% which will be added to your invoice. Out-of-state buyers and Texas residents with a valid resale certificate on file with Carriage House Auctions will be exempt from sales tax.

PAYMENT:
Carriage House Auctionst accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for payment. If you wish to pay by LOC, Bankers Draft or Check, you must make arrangements with Carriage House Auctions management in writing.

PACKING & SHIPPING:
Carriage House Auctions will determine the method of shipment usually USPS or UPS for shipments of less than 20 lbs unless buyer advises a specific preference. (For any item weighing more than 21 lbs the buyer must make all shipping arrangements or pick-up locally).

The following charges will be added to buyer's invoice:
- Packing charge to cover materials & labor $1.00.
- Actual shipping charges.
- Insurance for item or items with a value over $20.00. If buyer declines insurance Carriage House Auctions takes no responsibility for loss or damage.

(For any item weighing more than 21 lbs the buyer must make all shipping arrangements or pick-up locally).

WITHDRAWAL OF AUCTION ITEMS:
Carriage House Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time during the auction without giving a reason or explanation.

POST AUCTION BIDDING:
Post auction bids may be submitted but there is no guarantee that any bid will be accepted. All terms and Conditions as outlined above will be used and all selling parties will be entitled to their fees as outlined above.
