The commission of the ZORRILLA AUCTION is 17% and the purchases through invaluable has a 5% additional cost.
The works of art and other objects that have been auctioned have been exhibited and announced with enough anticipation so that interested and buyers can examine them and review their condition, having also been able to study their antecedents, documentation, if the last one exists, and breakdowns or any other defects. Those interested can request more information or photos with details of merchandise.
The seller and the auctioning firm get an exemption from all the responsibility for the authenticity of the works, signatures, schools, titles, dates, etc., even if they were established in the catalog, in the works themselves, are mentioned at the time of the auction or in their previous publicity. Not accepting any claim once lowered the hammer and awarded the lot to the buyer.
Only in the event that, expressly, at the time of the auction notice that the seller guarantees authenticity or other specific quality or the absence of hidden defects, the seller will respond to the buyer, in accordance with the rules of common law.
However, even if the seller has not expressly guaranteed the authenticity of the work or the absence of hidden defects, it will respond to the buyer if it is found that the auction was previously found to be lacking in authenticity or vices.
In no case shall the auctioning firm respond that it shall not pay any compensation or refund the commission received, not being a party to the business concluded with its intervention, forcing itself exclusively to communicate to the buyer the name of the seller if he demands it judicially.
The auction must be paid in US Dollars, in cash or by bank order of irrevocable payment in favor of Zorrilla. The buyers will have a period of three days from the date of the auction to make the payment. After eight days from the day of auction, without the buyer having paid the price, it will be considered that he desisted from the purchase.
