Loose Painting, Xie Tiancheng (b. 1950), colors on paper, abstract painting of a lotus pond, signed "Tiancheng" in Chinese and "Tiancheng Xie" in English, 26 1/2 x 52 in.

N.B. Xie Tiancheng was a student of Liu Haisu. His large-scale landscape and portraiture paintings in traditional ink and rice paper, and oil paintings on Tibetan Buddhism are in many international collections.
