All buyers must be registered with our admin team before any auction starts. If you attend our sales regularly please ask to join our VIP Bidder list and receive, email updates, special offers and a permanent bidding number. Once registered all bidders may bid on any lot for that sale or indeed any item in any auction if a VIP or with future registrations.

Buyers Commission is charged at 18% on top of the hammer price at any general sale and 20% at a specialist auction. Please note additional commission may be charged when bidding live online. This is charged to us via online software/website providers and we pass this onto you the buyer. We reserve the right to offer our VIP buyers special offers and discounts.

All bids are legally binding. In addition to bidding live in the room, we welcome telephone bidding, sealed commission bids, email (VIP or Full Registration Only) or live online via our providers in certain sales as advertised.

All items must be paid for same day after sale preferred but always within 3 days of auction. Online buyers within 3 days of invoice. Please collect your items promptly and safely. We take no responsibility for any damage or items lost by third parties once the hammer drops. If you cannot pay or collect promptly same day then we will where possible do our best to keep valuables locked and safe for you. If you have any problem with payment or collection then please let the auction supervisor or auctioneer know.

All items are sold as seen without guarantee unless stated in the published listing. Ace Auctions Ltd list gold weights where possible and these are approximate with .3g. In unlikely event we make a mistake and miss represent any item, we will without question offer you our buyer with a refund including any commission charged. We appreciate your custom and we operate a fair honest service.

We reserve the right to ban any person(s), from our saleroom without reason or if in breach of any of our terms. We reserve the right to take legal advice on non payments and take recovery action. We will prosecute anyone caught stealing and may pass your details on conviction to other salerooms throughout the country. Any damage caused by you to items or premises must be paid for.
