上款：「夢庚」應為李夢庚（1876-1946），名希蓮，字夢庚，以字行。吉林農安人。清末貢生。歷任北京政府眾議院議員、國民政府監察員委員。著有《護法史》、《責任問題》，並主編《國民新報》、《民報》等刊物。
