Leander Russ (1809 - 1864), 'Entree du Pints dit de Joseph au Kaire' and a figure and an ox in a barn interior, two watercolours, one inscribed, both unframed, the larger 20 x 29.5 cm (2).

Leander Russ (1809 - 1864). These drawings and watercolours were executed during a tour of the Middle East between 1838 and 1842. Russ intended to publish and illustrated account of his travels and this collection includes a projected title page but the account was never published.
