Property is open to thorough public inspection prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. In no event shall Clark's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Absolutely no credit card charge-backs will be allowed for any reason.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Clark's shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.

Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling will be charged at a separate time. Clark's will supply you with two mailing & shipping companies. You are free to choose the one that best works for you, both are very reasonable and give Clark's customers discounts from their retail pricing.
Winning bidder is responsible for making contact with the shippers. For larger items that may require a "Blanket Wrap" type shipper Clark's can supply two that we work with or we are happy to work with yours.

All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark's with a valid re-sale permit. ALL INTERNATIONAL bidders PayPal is the preferred method, Items will not be shipped until all payments are confirmed.

There will be a buyers premium of a total of 15% added to all purchases unless the item sells for more than $7000 in which case the premium drops to 10%. On all online invoices there will be a 15% Buyers Premium charged by Clarks' and an additional 5% convenience "live" fee charged by Invaluable/AuctionZip.
